On the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake

Large Earthquake occured at 2011/03/11 14:46 on the offshore of Sanriku region of the Tohoku district, and the huge tsunami caused by the earthqu akeatacked the coast area facing to the Pacific Ocean of Tohoku and north Kanto Districts.
Japan Meteorogical Agency named this large earthquake as "The 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake" (JMA, 2011).

[Quake motion wave of the main shock at Nagaoka-kita 2, Tendo, Yamagata, Northeast Japan]

Quake motion wave recorded of the main shock at Nagaoka-kita 2, Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture, Northeast Japan, which is located behind the Ohu Mountains, is shown as bellow.
This wave motion was recorded by GID-SSS/S105 3D accelaration sismometer made by Mathematical Assist Design Laboratory connected to the mini-desktop PC. The data was recorded within 22 seconds from the start of the main shock to the machine stop by the power failure.
